I close my eyes
and suddenly I'm staring into yours
you smile, and lightning flashes
my laughter is swallowed
by the thunder of your kiss
as you pull me close,
and I don't need to tell you how I feel.
You can feel it in my bones-
melting into yours.
You can taste it in my kiss-
dripping of rain.
You know that every part of me
is screaming, laughing-
I LOVE YOU

We pull apart and
I open my eyes.
And I am holding only the rain in my arms.
